Unborn Lich - His Foul Emergence

I use The Unborn Lich with the Skill "His Foul Emergence".
Changing the Instance, like relogging or loading into a Map removes the skill from the Hotbar for no apparent Reason. Weaponset 1 or 2 doesnt matter. Last bumped on Dec 29, 2025, 10:29:31 AM

I'm using this particular Staff, and this bug persists. Every time I change instances, I have to reset the skill slot. This happens with all skills on the Staff.
