Navali's Rest - No passive Skill Point

Hello,

I just recently realised i am missing 2 passive skill points (22 out of 24 weapon skills).

The only map SkillPoint not completed is Navali's Rest, which is actually required to continue the campaign i believe. I did complete it in my 1st play through but i remember the return to ship button bugging at the time.

I returned there and did the monkey boss again and all the steps of the 1st quest but i cant get the skillpoints.

Anyone else had this problem ? How can i fix it ?

Edited: It was not these points that were missing but the Oswin the Dread.

I didn’t realise that not having discovered an area, we do not see what that area can give as reward
