MOLTEN VAULT BUG + BUG on passive tree between enhanced reflexes and beastial skin

COME ONE....Almost a year , and a bug like this still exist.
7th time defeating the boss and QUEST Item is nowhere to be seen.

And passive tree wont connect between the two / refund (taking the gold but the it reset to where it begin).

im on 700+ hours spend almost a thousand dollar on ur MTX to *help you guys (thats your notif in-game when theres Disc MTX), call me tourist or whatever but you (Developer) expect to get a new player with all the Bug here and there??????? HELP THE PLAYER Now!

PLEASE MAKE INVENTORY LARGER!!!!!!
the endgame is to collect things and build equipment.
i cant go back in town every 2 mins just to identfy back to dungeon, back to town, back to dungeon, back to town...WTF.
