Surprise, more latency issues

Game's been unplayable for the last 4 days. I normally run at about 60 for latency. Now, no matter which realm I connect to, My ping spikes to 300-2500+. I've tried as many combinations of countries/nodes via VPN and gateways as I can stomach. Any ideas? Judging by the posts here, I'm not the only one experiencing issues....
