Armour Break/Pinning Tactician

Anyone using a Tactician with APR and HVR? I’m trying to make this work with totems and buffing the hell out of the speed of APR and the damage of HVR followed by Frag Rounds but something seems to be missing. Is there any obvious buff or debuff I could be applying to the area to achieve a faster clear speed?

Bump, got another 15-20 levels and changed a few skills around.

Currently clearing t15 right out of the gate after campaign.
