[Build of the Week][0.3] Shield Crossbow Tactitian in Third Edict

This hybrid build is mixing Resonating Shield and High Velocity Rounds.

It can take down pinnacle bosses at T3 MAX difficulty as well as roam at maps with good survivability.

After getting tired of my screen looking like a winamp visualizer with mortar tactician I began searching the forums for new build ideas. Theres a lot of interesting builds here, but this one really caught my eye with its unique moveset, so I spent my evening shopping for gear to enable the build and getting the passive tree all set up.

I dont have really high end equipment but it's really neat regardless! Ive ran a few t15s, it's fun and mostly smooth to play. I love being able to push my luck with how many High velocity rounds I can shoot. I feel the single target damage with HVR and Requiem is exceptional, the clear speed with Resonating shield is not quite as fast as I would like, but that is likely a gearing issue.

The build feels tanky since you're holding your shield up most of the time, but that does introduce a challenge with the build - stun. I do try to keep my eye on the stun gauge but have lost track of it a few times and died from getting stunned in a group of mobs. I've switched to a heavy belt base with a bit of stun threshold which has helped - now my only gripe is having to disengage and wait for the stun gauge to drain.

Overall I'm really enjoying this build and I plan on spending more currency to see how far I can take it. Thanks for taking the time to make it and post your guide!
