so since i use chaos inoculation i get one tapped by anything im lvl89 surccorer

In PoE 2, poison can bypass energy shield even with CI allocated.

It might be bugged. Are you sure that it is poison damage that is affecting your character?

Most likely culprit is Heavy Buffer on passive tree if it's any damage causing you to die instantly with ES remaining.
Also make sure you are not wearing Atziri's Disdain helm. |
