I'm tired .. rebooting every time

It's not a bug so much as a MASSIVE memory leak, likely by putting someone only familiar with NVIDIA coding in charge for this release. It's been one of NVIDIAS hugely unsolved problems for two and a half decades, which they simply worked around with a default overflow dump rather than actually fixing.
Take that and couple it with Sony's very proprietary version of driver support...

Yeh it's a mess and I worry it may even damage some systems.
