Twitch drop not appearing on account

The new twitch drop Abyssal Cloak did not appered in my game after 2 days of redeeming it on Twitch.

All the other previous drops were almost instant, but this time nothing appeared.

My acc is conected correctly and people in the same chat that I was watching said they received de cape without issues.

I have the same issue, did you receive your Cloak already?

As you have noted, there seem to be a number of people who have experienced delays or issues receiving some of the recent Twitch drops, even when they received some of the other drops.

I believe that you already will have done so, but for anyone who has not: be sure to check your rewards page while logged into the POE website.

Doing so will usually make claimed mtx appear immediately in game. At the least, they will confirm if the POE servers have registered your Twitch drop to your account.
