Ice Shards + Delayed Reaction (support gem)

Delayed Reaction support gem is in recommended for skill Ice Shards, but the shards don't explode ever they just stand doing nothing = intended or a bug don't know? Maybe remove it from the recommended support gems if it is intended to not work for the skill.
