CHAOS BOLT BLOOD MAGE

Blood mage has a big downside having to spend life to cast

to counter that use any wand skill that has 0 costs, i went for chaos bolt because it got some heavy buffs in 0.3

that way you can stack as much cast speed as you want without worrying about resources while benefitting fully from the bloodmage remnants

offensively scale gem lvls , cast speed and crit

defensively stack life and a high ES chest piece , temp chains with blasphemy to outpace all the map mobs

trampletoe or palm of the dreamer to massively increase clear speed

Thanks for this, the build is quite enjoyable. I made a few minor tweaks in that I am running whispers of doom for the extra aura curse, this allows me to run both despair and temp chains permanently. I had to trade off some ES on my chest piece to get enough spirit to run both auras full time but I think it is worth it. I sacrificed the frost/cold nodes to do this which is a surprising PITA on icy maps. Thanks again for the inspiration.
