DEFY 2 SURROUNDED BUG

WHILE USING DEFY 2 AND HAVING THE SURROUNDED CONDITION FROM THE CONSTRICTING COMMAND HELMET MY OTHER ATTACKS DO NOT NEED SUFFICIENT MANA, BUT PERFECT STRIKE DOES. THE SAME CAN BE REPLICATED WITH SUPER CHARGED SLAM, AND RESONATING SHIELD. THE BUG MUST BE RELATED TO CHANNELING SKILLS NOT BEING CASTABLE WITH INSUFFICENT MANA BYPASS FROM DEFY 2 SUPPORT GEM.

Yes i notice it too while channeling snipe skill. Bug no bug???

Can confirm that this seems to be happening with all channeling attacks. Fix for this would be great.
