Issue with reservation efficiency on companion

I have 100 spirit.

A quadrilla reserves 42 spirit, with 42.3% reservation displayed on skill.
At 20 quality, 10% increased reservation efficiency, the quadrilla reserves 49 spirit.

A nettle ant reserves 47 spirit with 24.9% reservation displayed on skill.

Something is very wrong.
