Sinking Spire Towe Map Missing Stairs

I am doing the Sinking Spire tower map, AND THERE ARE NO STAIRS.
Just nothing, I am stuck on the 1st level, killed all mobs, and there is no way to move forward Wasted waystone Last bumped on Jan 1, 2026, 8:18:13 PM

Just had this happen. Grand project wasted. At least the vaal beacon was on that floor.
