His Winnowing Flame, Grisly Pyre proc does no damage

Only the initial hit from this spell does damage, the flame pillar itself from consuming an ignite does not appear to do any damage.

I have tried it without any support links and without Blackflame Keystone allocated thinking it might be something weird with gem choices or damage conversion causing issues but it still doesn't appear to hit for any damage.

The skill also removes itself from my hotbar whenever I load into another zone.

IT also cannot cause Flammability which is non-sensical in my opinion.

Yes it is a "Payoff" skill but that only says it can't proc what i consumes, which in this case is Ignite, not Flammability.

There is something WAY off with this skill. I rerolled my 2nd build around this staff and even when the tooltip shows it with 10 times the dps of Fireball, it somehow does not feel like it.

Yep, it seems to do zero damage, great. It makes sense that it can't cause flammability though, as that's a part of gintei

It also does not work with Raging Spirits, it seems it cannot spawn them despite being an Area Fire Spell.

Hopefully this skill will be looked at because it sounds and looks really cool
