POE 2 Tech support? Can't log in, rejects connection saying instance full.

I tried joining a group for T15 maps. I used a portal to go the abyss, they must have put one out. I then used my own portal to try and join them on the map. It kicked me from the game and says "Instance full". I can't log back into the game now cause it keeps rejecting my attempt to connect saying instance full.

When you go to enter the game on that character, hold down the Ctrl button as you press the button.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
