low fps in hideout

done all the tips i could find, 13700 with 5070ti and game locked at 32fps since the 9/4 update. reinstalled, put game sound to low, even restarted pc a dozen times, opened poe 1 and game runs superb, open poe 2 and i am locked at 32 fps just in hideout. before that last update i was getting over 70fps in maps.

Is the problem only in your Hideout, or are you just using that as an example?
My first thought is it sounds rather like the performance I'd expect of Intel UHD 770. Is your monitor plugged into your video card (good) or your motherboard (bad) ? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
