Cannot "Direct Whisper" in PoE 2 Trade Site

Hello! I would like some help with this.

I have used the Official PoE 2 Trade website a decent amount. For whatever reason, I am no longer able to directly whisper someone through the trade website. The only options I get are either "Visit Hideout" or "Ignore Player".

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Sounds like they're using the new trade system.

Visit their Hideout and trade with the NPC.
