MIGRATION RISE OF ABYSSAL TO STANDARD PROBLEM

I'v tried to migrate my character FloydCouncil From Rise of the Abyssal to Standard, then it said that I was the first in the queue and after nothing happened. Now I just get this message (There are no available leagues to migrate progress from) and I cannot Start the migration nor my character is ate Standard League!

You cannot migrate from Rise of the Abyssal to Standard league. Hardcore characters that die are the only ones that get sent from the league to Standard.

It seems like now HC Rise of the Abyssal characters are getting into SC Rise of the Abyssal)

(I think it was the same at the beginning of the Dawn of the Hunt league, I don't remember if they changed it later.)

Are they? Good grief, what an oversight. Hopefully it will be fixed :)
