"Undying Hate" Timeless Jewel disappeared after 4th Preserved Cranium use.

My "Undying Hate" Timeless Jewel disappeared from my character Suzakuuup at around 2:50 AM, right after I used the fourth Preserved Cranium on it location used in well of soul.

value 790 ex pls fast fix. This jewel is very important for my build. ToT

GGG does not refund any items lost due to bugs. And since the Cranium jewel says rare jewels, most likely it is a bug and not meant to be used on them any interaction like disappearing items, wouldn't happen if you couldn't use the currency on it. The other unique jewel that has desecrated mods drops with 4 desecrated lines already.

Undying Hate Timeless Jewel can use Preserved Cranium until 4 mod in market. im buy no mod and use. if u didnt trust pls check it in market.

But it was a game bug that made my item disappear. Shouldn't they be responsible for that? feel bad.

They just don't have the time and the headcount to restore every item lost due to a bug. I'm also personally a little suspicious whether they even have adequately robust logging for that.

It is not a game bug, read the description

"Desecration makes the item unstable", which means that each desecration attempt will have a chance on destroying the item, odds increase based on existing desecration

True poe players will never read

this is not a bug. if you ever played poe 1, like hands of the high templar, a 'vaal' orb can add implicits but can also brick / break your item.
