Abyss omens- Omen of the Blackblooded

I'm unable to use Omen of the Blackblooded and any of the Rib( Preserved Rib, Gnawed Rib or Ancient Rib) I'm receiving 'omnen incompatible' message.
I checked on the poe trade and there are items with the Kurgal modifier. Last bumped on Sep 8, 2025, 1:40:51 AM

Same here tried using Omen of the blackblooded and a preserved rib on an helmet with open suffix, said "Omnen incompatible with this desecrating item"

Same here. Haven't been able to use this specific omen at all on armour pieces.

Same with me. My last suffix for my helmet is a Kurgal mod and I cant use the omen with the suffix open.
