[CRITICAL] Game crashes so hard

I experience crashes that cause my Steam drive and games to become raw until I restart my PC. The problem started in League 1, but previously it was rare and I could play for a while. Now it happens either when I enter the game, when I select a character, or when I enter the map (and this wasn't the case on the first day of the new league 0.3.0. It started with 2-3, at first rarely as before, but now it's impossible to play at all).
When the game crashes, no error message windows appear from the game itself.
This is the only game with this problem. No other apps ever crash like this, including other games: Dota, Diablo 4, Apex, Titan Quest.
I've tried many things, but nothing has helped: updated ALL possible drivers, updated the BIOS, tried moving Steam with games to other drives (if I move it to the drive with the operating system, then in POE 2 - BSOD), tried clearing the cache, checked the integrity of the game files, checked the system for viruses with antivirus software, reinstalled the operating system, tried to set the resource priorities for the game to maximum, checked the disks for bad sectors with different programs and through CMD (and found none), tried changing the settings in the game to completely different ones (renderer - DirectX 11, Vulkan, DirectX 12; dynamic resolution - on/off, scaling mode, HDR, frame rates, graphics quality settings, etc.)

Further clarification: I play as a monk, invoker, with meta stones with a trigger (but I don't think that's very important, because it crashes often and just when loading the character). The problems started when I went to the maps, but not immediately, but somewhere around the day before yesterday evening.

i have dis problem in POE1 and not in POE2 its realy frustrating. simulair crashes but then in POE1 not in POE2, esepecly when i open me card stash tap. i need to restart the game like 5-30 times before i can play the game again. and then some times invalid header popups. some kernal.DLL stuf in logs. its so enoing i playt for years with no issues and just randomly happen a lot last weeks. and then some times i can play hrs without any problem. but when i open me card stash tap XD its like 95% of the time destroy me entire game and then it repeatle crash. it was even worse after i update me nvidia drivers. and w11, then i deleted nvidia driver reduces the issue a litle bit. its so enoing man. also poe the only game with problems. can play most other games 0 crashes 300-500 fps no issues on rtx4090. some how feels like some headers ore somthing in the game just crash. ore that it preload a corrupt header ore somthing

It's surprising that this is only happening to me among my circle of friends, even though they have the same PC configuration and don't have these problems. I'm completely confused and don't understand what could be wrong.
The new league started off pretty well (except for rare mobs getting stuck in inaccessible places), but this has completely ruined my impression of this game client build. I hope this can be fixed soon. Or at least provide some explanation for this issue.

There is no feedback anywhere... In 90% of cases, the game doesn't even start, it just crashes immediately, and nothing helps
