Can’t connect to any server

I’m on Xbox and it doesn’t allow me to connect to any server. I’m usually automatically on the Canadian server. I’ve tried all the tips on the forums but nothing is working

GGG has a step-by-step guide for this here. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
