Booted from beta access, even though I have a key

As title says. I have 230 hours in POE2, and cannot login after this free weekend has closed.

Same, hundreds of hours played and now no access. Bought the game on my son's account which is primary but now access has been removed. We only have 1 PS5 so not sure where the issue is coming from.

It wasn't like this prior to free weekend. Is there a link to the policy change?

This is also counterintuitive, all other games work locally on PS5. Not to mention it was working prior to free weekend.

This should be illegal. Imagine playing 100 hours and then do a free week and remove access for hundreds accounts.

Same! Support said that now I need to buy another copy even though my POE account says it’s permitted and my POE account and PS account are the same email and linked. It seems to me like the link to Sony is broken. Please fix! I have over 450 hours playing this game to now not be able to continue. Seems like a bad outcome for PS5 players.

My wife bought the key for me for my birthday, and even she was getting the same message when she tried to access the game.

Even so, it was working prior to this weekend.

Run into the same issue too.
I noticed a banner prompting to upgrade to early access during the trial period and I thought little of it.

Originally I played my account on pc through steam but since my pc suffered damage I switched to playing on the ps5 for the remainder of dawn of the hunt and the start of abyss.

This needs an answer. I've spent hundreds of dollars into this game as I fell in love with it but now I'm getting ghosted?

Fix this.

I got the same problem even with 700+ hour played, the GGG should say something about that
