Benedictus is extremely bad boss design

Shards that randomly drop that deal OHKO Aoe
Walls with random holes that if you don't cross is AOE
InstaKill and almost instant Lasers
Instakill and almost instant Rock formation shatters
Insta kill everything

I'm sorry but Act 4 Aranasta is THE worst bit of deisnged content I've EVER seen you bring out...

It starts with a church sequence where you need to exit the church but can't use skills untill the bad guy stop speaking... but they sure can attack AND KILL you... For REAL ?

Then Benedictus...

OMG Benedictus...

I thought Viper 0.1 was bad... but this guy takes the cake... the amount of shit that nearly one-shots you he places through the arena is absurd. and there's not pattern to it...all RNG... so if you're unlucky... he places stuff in such a manner his next 2 attacks are garrantueed to hit you...

Boss mechanics based on RNG ARE NOT FUN GGG... you always have that 1 player who is lvl 100 and can't get past this boss because RNG simply fucks him over

I can get benedictus to 75% of his hp within THE FUCKING FIRST SECOND of the fight and then just die because the labyrinth is placed in such a manner that even with 20% run speed; WHILST FUCKING RUNNING I still don't make it...

This isn't a boss... this is a meme... this is your attempt to spite players playing meta builds (and seriously give the middle finger to players who don't)

I'm done... I'm uninstalling...I bet this isn't even the last boss... but if we're resorting to this then I'd rather play Elden Ring double Melenia's with both hands behind my back whilst they both spam Waterfowl dances that insta kill me if I get clipped...

I have tried to kill him countless times and there is always something that kills me. If I survive the first hit, the second one kills me. If I get almost to the end, Plasma Whip annihilates me instantly.
I have lost the desire to play.

Boss died in 30s and I didn't wipe once.
Act4 bosses are undertuned.

Considering there is no class balance, it's a safe bet that your gear and build are overtuned

Im fairly certain the samurai dude is the only time i died to campaign bosses and i died like 50x or more there. They're doable. Its just like gauntlet hillock. you gotta have at least some awareness of the fight.


I play auto attack/boneshatter warrior on bosses.
