Can't list Ratha's Assault lineage gem for sale in merchant tab

Not sure what's going on with this, but it's the first item I've come across where the cell turns red when I try to put it in the Merchant tab for sale. It just won't let me sell it there. I can list it on the old public premium tab for sale just fine, and haven't had trouble listing anything else, but can't put this in the Merchant tab.
