The game won't load for a specific character

Last night, I was doing the Headland map when a boss from the Abyss spawned and the game started lagging a lot. I then died and the game sent me back to the start screen, where I can no longer reconnect with my character. There's a message in the bottom left corner that says 'An unexpected disconnection occurred.' Other characters are able to log in normally. Can you help?

Unfortunately, GGG do not themselves offer Technical Support.

Have you tried logging in on that character using a different gateway?

Same problem here, thing is its about the abyssal monster that likely spawned, Happened to me too as well.
Fairly close in aggorat some big rare with double abyssal mods. Soul siphoning and some other one ontop of a third normal mod.
And it made the entire map start to lag.

I got lucky to get away and get away from the lag but... It still cut me out, so technically if we could restart the map or something that would be solution.

Okey solution found, hold CRTL when pressing play and start back at town, The abyssal monster crashes the game. This needs to be pinned immideatly for anyone to find and resolve the same problem.
