[Bug Act 4] "First Herald" quest doesn't progress when both die at the same time

In Act 4, during the quest "Confront Kanu and the First Herald," a bug occurred when the boss and my character died at the same time.

The boss reappeared, spoke a few sentences, and suddenly disappeared.

The issue is that the quest doesn't progress; no new objectives appear, and no progress is enabled.

Additionally, I haven't received the loot corresponding to the encounter.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

Enter Act 4 and begin the quest "Confront Kanu and the First Herald."

Fight the First Herald.

Cause the boss and the player to die at the same time.

Return to the quest area.

Result
The boss appears for a few seconds, says a few phrases, then disappears, and the mission is stuck with no way to progress or obtain loot.

I'm having the same issue here. It sucks that we can't progress further in the game.

I had the same issue and had to make a new instance of the area to progress.
