Atziri's Allure and Hand of Chayula not working

So hand of Chayula apply all curses socketed and Atziri's Allure should ignore curse limit, but it's not working, only 1 curse is being applyed.

Elemental Invocation is a MEta skill like Hand of Chayula and socketing 4 curses + Atziri's Allure works fine.
