Quest: recruit the maraketh / qimah reservoir entrance

Hi,
in the interlude I should enter the qimah reservoir from qimah during the quest: recruit the maraketh. Maybe
I'm blind, but I searched the area three tines and couldn't find the entrance. All other quests are completed, this is the last step before reaching maps :/
