Unable to log in with my PSN account (crash on login)

Hello,
I am experiencing a problem with Path of Exile 2 on PlayStation 5.
When I try to log in with my main PSN account, the game immediately crashes during the login process.
Platform: PlayStation 5
Issue: Game crashes every time I try to log in with my main PSN account.
Note: When I use another PSN account on the same console, the game works fine.
I have already tried:
Restarting the console
Reinstalling the game
Deleting local save data
Logging in with a different PSN account (which worked normally)
It seems the issue is specific to my main PSN account.
Could you please help check if there is a problem with my account data on the server side, and reset/fix it if necessary?
