5% Increased Life from Molten Shrine bugged. If you exit before getting it, you get locked.

While exploring The Khari Crossing, I entered the Molten Shrine area (massive skull mouth in the border of the dessert with 2 hands coming out from the ground too), and because it didn't have a Waypoint, to avoid losing the Khari Chrossing instance, I left and continue exploring.

Now when I go back to the entrance of the Shrine (the skull mouth), I cannot go in.

If I check the world screen, the "Molten Shrine" appears as completed (X on top of it), and it says "5% Increased Maximum Life", but the 5% has not actually been applied at all as I have 824 life at level 60 and 22 Strength, with only 3% increased life from ascendancy node ("Life", from Lich ascendancy tree), and +20 life from Act 1 Oghan Manor quest.

Formula:
(Starting life + (levels * 12) + str bonus life + quest extra life) * ( 1 + (Increased life from tree /100))= 28 + (59*12) + 44 + 20) * 1.03 = 824

If the 5% from the quest was being applied, the formula would be (28 + (59*12) + 44 + 20) * 1.08 = 864, so I'm 100% sure the 5% that the world menu says it's been applied, it is NOT being applied.
