I cannot create a party to trade. Can someone please advise on how to remedy this?

We're going to need you to be far more specific to be able to help you.
Is this Path of Exile 1 or Path of Exile 2? If you get an error message, what does it say? Either quote all of it or give us a link to a screenshot of it so we can begin establishing what's causing the problem. Which league is your character created in? A screenshot of your character selection screen could help a lot. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
