High CPU temperature (100 degrees) and low consumption in % of this

My game Path of Exile 2 runs at 100 CPU degrees but barely consumes % CPU, I have an RTX 5070 and an Intel Core i7 14700KF, how do I fix this?

Hardware issues such as overheating are outside the scope of this forum.
I'd suggest posting in r/BuildAPC with information such as the manufacturer & model of both your computer case and your CPU's cooler. They might be interested in when you last de-dusted your PC and applied fresh thermal paste to your CPU, just so you know. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
