Hello,
My twitch nickname is MAVERlCK
I bought a subscription to the channel "Terablade" on twitch while he was streaming Path of Exile 2.
The purchase was made on August 30, 2025, 09:08 GMT.
But I have not received the "Chaos Orb Twitch Badge" on my account.
How can I resolve this issue?

"There is an issue with the Chaos Orb Twitch campaign and it has temporarily been paused. If you should have been awarded a portal for gifting subscriptions you will retroactively receive them once the issue is fixed. Any subscriptions between now and the fix will also receive the Chaos Orb Badge when it is re-enabled. If you have any further issues please contact Twitch Support."

The portal requires 2 subs. So do you need 2 subs for the badge or 1 ?
