Premium to Merchant Tab Offer Misleading

I knew there was an offer to change over premium tabs (which I have maybe 2 dozen), but I was in a hurry, googled and pulled up the article on this, the official website. I know it's my own darn fault for not reading, but like I said, I was in a hurry. I started to scan the article, starting with it being applicable to tabs bought prior to 0.3, but below the details, separated out as if for emphasis, was a final sentence, "August 29th is not the cut off date" (I'm paraphrasing), so I didn't read the article, since I thought I'd have time to take up the offer.
I don't know what purpose that sentence served except to make me believe I could come back after today and engage in the transaction. I've also seen on Reddit (I know, I know) that many people could only transfer over 2 tabs.
I hope you consider making this offer available again, since I have what are essentially useless sale tabs in PoE 2, and soon to be PoE 1, as people will skip over them for the guaranteed immediate sales. There really shouldn't have been any time frame for this upgrade, I never got an e-mail or any notification - although I've received more advertising e-mails from you this week than any week since I started playing almost a decade ago - and I imagine though I was in a hurry and misunderstood the program, many people where not aware of it at all.
