PoE2 Season 3 so far... Feedback and Bugs barely into ACT1

Hi, been playing PoE2 since Launch and PoE1 since like 2013ish. I spent $160 to support you guys on PoE2, so as you can imagine hope it gets to be a mess of just enjoyable never quitters! I will list details and problems I have experienced before even reaching the beginnings of Act1.

Console:  PS5 = Controller + Keyboard 

BUG - Naming screen I typed in a number and it turned it into an underscore.  Warcraft_PeasantEllo doesn't have the same ring.

FEEDBACK - After selecting name, No "Are you sure?" sort of pop up listing picked League, Class, Name, and maybe eventually Gender sort of stuff you'd expect from these sorts of long story quest games.

BUG - I equipped sorceress staff in tutorial, moved my pickup button to L1 because I am so used to it from season 1 game launch, and put the firebolt on all of the other buttons.  I finished the tutorial, and afterwards when I went in to Clearfell, it removed the firebolt ability from my X button that I know I assigned it to.

FEEDBACK - Swipepad on PS5 under utilized, I used this in Warframe, this is why Playstation is the second best for gaming.  Those extra hotkey buttons matter.

FEEDBACK - The character pick area needs to change.. Why is the league listed under every single character? GGG you should list it under Headings of the League. Example pic below.. but I am sure you know your game.



BUG - Creating Hardcore character on button controls is messed up.. cannot X through on PlayStation.. I was so confused, eventually pressed circle to back out BUT THEN it launched me into the game!!!  Basically your console for picking is messed up right now, never had such issues season 1 or 2.

I forgot 1 bug that I encountered in this beginning, too much weird bugs here to remember all of them right now.  I know it happened, I don't want to create another character to explain it, I just want to play, have fun, and not make posts like this.

I thought that some of these were fixed, guess some of it reverted? Strange to see and feel this happen.
