[SOLVED/FIXED] cant convert to merchant stash tab

upgraded prem stash tab is still prem stash tab wtf

this is so ANTI-CONSUMER!

if ive know this last year i wouldnt have upgraded normal stash tab to prem stash tab wtf

i know im not alone in this, why would anyone buy prem stash tab right away if they have nothing to sell from the start yet?
we would only buy normal stash tab and just upgrade them to prem if we have something to sell

now if i find the merchant npc, it will be useless
coz i CANT convert my FAKE prem stash tabs smh

this also applies to "prem QUAD stash tab", others are saying they are FAKE prem stash tabs too that cannot be upgraded to merchant stash tabs

why do these have "premium stash tabs" in their names but CANT be converted? facepalm

this not only affect poe2 players
apparently poe1 player too are affected by this coz they are also playing poe2 right now and have the same dilemma as me, only upgraded normal stash into FAKE prem stash tab


also recently ive read post about other players
they recently converted many of their normal stash tabs into FAKE prem stash tabs before the update went live and only to find out that they cant convert those FAKE prem stash tabs wow just WOW

so it was a coding problem, thats why GGG wasnt able to do this from that start

and im guessing, its the same with prem quad tab but that might be more trouble on fixing, so we might not get that option but who knows

NOTE: if you are converting your prem stash tab to merchant tab, make sure the "remove only tab" is NOT hidden, coz thats what your current prem stash tab will become. you can find it on tab settings

after the conversion your items will still be in your previously named prem stash tab and that said tab will disappear once you remove all the items there

in 2012, when i bought my tabs to support the game there weren't premium tabs.

i upgraded them all later to premium.

looked up the conversion site, apparently i can upgrade 50 of 200 premium tabs cause i bought them directly.
didn't remember though.

well, i still see no reason to not being able to use the other premiums, it's probably a technical reason and might be fixed later

turns out the site can only show 50 upgrade options, i converted 70 of my tabs to merchant tabs.

Damn! I thought that was common knowledge already, that GGG capitalize their MTX through Stashes and Cosmetics. In a way, I saw this coming, that you will need to buy new stashes or premiums for it to work or converted to the said Stash Tab for async trading.

You can't convert upgraded premium stash tabs to Merchant tabs.

not really used them, nowadays i only use the 20 quads i have and have ever asked for the normal tabs to convert to quads

AAAAAAHHHHH i see why they added asynch trade. It wasn't because they thought it would make the game better. Its to extract resources (ex:money) from people.

And for those that had them for 1 day? That bought them specially for the purpose of converting them to Merchant before they were told they can't do that.
