I can't pick up items after opening strong-boxes on PS5

Hi,

Since patch 0.2, every time I open a strong-box, I can't pick up the items that drop from it. I need to relog or walk by the map for a few seconds to then get the items. This bug happens in almost all of them. It's really annoying to have to relog or walk and then go back to it to see if I can get the items yet.

I'm posting this, because I thought they could have fixed it already, but no, it just happened. If I type /bug no bug appears. Which I find strange. If it happened in all strong-boxes it could have been a system released in patch 0.2 that I haven't read about, but no, it happens in most, but not all. It hinders the gameplay a lot. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Already checked the settings, reinstalled the game, cleared cache, nothing solves.

I hope it's not just me, and it can be resolved. Thank you for your attention.

I've been having the same issue on PC (playing with gamepad) since the game launched 9 months ago. It doesn't just effect the strongbox loot for me, it prevents me from interacting with anything, loot, chests, portals, etc so it's definitely not just you

Hi Blaziken, u are right. I have the same issue, just forget to describe. I cant interact with anything.

Thank you for your report. I was worried that I didn't find other reports here. So this shows that the problem is not with the console but with the use of controller/gamepad.
