PoE 2 0.3 changes feedback/opinions
Hey there fellow Exiles! What are your opinions on 0.3 based on what we know so far?
Under the line are my oppinions, you can argue with them, or even agree, i am happily seeing any interaction and would listen to your opinions. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -The first topic are support gem changes be it better or worst, i agree with GGG that the support gem restriction was restrictive kappa, but now with the introduction of it's removal i don't think anything will change in diversity or combo usage, you just put +1 lvl spell gem on every spell and +1 lvl on every minion, yeah it can make you use more skills, but the power creep will go up significantly, by this change so they just adjust things for that. Linage supports hey there cool idea they are good, appreciate that they put in that tho prices gonna be horrible for some. My main problem is with the support tier system, it's unnecesary and make the game more and more complex for new players, tho one upside can be that the highest tier ones can incentives the playstyles that they like to go the game to go to, but still i don't think that tier was nessecary. -Second topic possible build diversity, it's probably great, hollow palm,fire chaos damage builds, cool mage stuff with new infusions (tho stormweaver ascendancy we will see), minions, ranger so on. There will be an op build after a weak or two that everybody goes to do but i think it will be great, if they adjust for the higher power creep, i don't want every build to be like 0.2 lightning spear, there is no progression with that, you came out of campagin you leavel to 70-80 and u kill everything with minimal gear doesn't even need hight tier gear. -Clearing should be pack to pack 4-10 sec each pack, and boss fights should be 2-3 mins on higher tiers (3-4 or speced in atlas). In my opinion PoE 2 shouldn't become like PoE 1 they need to be their own separete games with separete mechanics fighting and clearing. That's why its strange that they keep implementing stuff from PoE 1 which is obviusly is a faster game. -Third topic is acts, they finally made it so there are no cruel difficulity, GREAT! just GREAT! I wish tho thay the could keep the interlude acts by forming them into on endgame quest, and not just they bosses in atlas maps. -Four topic crafting changes and trade, trade is great i just hope that people gonna change to it espeacially price fixers, or at least there will be on option on the trade site tho change between old trade option and new. Crafting changes are great but it doesn't really change the fact that with the new raritys on maps it will be a hell of a thing to get perfects of anything, and with the addition of new omens rare omens will come more rarily and crafting will again be a wealthy thing, not something that you get stuck and craft something, you rather keep the currencys to trade, crafting shouldn't be deterministic they just need to make sure that we can get omens early on maps so when someone get stuck in tier 12 example they can go craft gear with the currency and, omens they fount, and not just hop onto trade and see 100 perfect chaos orb items after a weak.
