Window Resolution locked into 1440p

Trying to decrease from 1440p to 1080p but will only allow me to change the resolution when I change the mode to windowed. when I go to windowed full screen it does not allow me to adjust from 1440p

Can you post the [DISPLAY] section of your production_Config.ini file, please?
You can find it by copying & pasting %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile into File Explorer's address bar. If Windows asks, you want to open the file with Notepad. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
