Level 3 Elemental Resist Crafting Recipe: Supposedly Doedre’s Cesspool

I've cleared Doedre's Cesspool 3 times now. Killed the boss and explored the T afterwards. I can't find this recipe for elemental resists which is critical to the game.

Can someone tell me where the recipe is very clearly? Or is this a bug? Has it moved? 4 sources tell me its in Doedre's Cesspool.

Someone helped me. One of the following two commands fixed it.

/recoveroldcraftingbenchitem
/recheck_achievements.

the helper was pretty sure it was the second one.
