Stockholm server, whats the point?

So I'm from Norway. I'm closer to the Stockholm server than some people living in Sweden, and I'm still not able to connect to it. How many days it's been since it opened. It even picks the Stockholm server if I choose auto-select.

Let me repeat that, if I pick auto-select gateway it picks a server that's been down since it was launched. That's the state of EU servers. This is beyond ridiculous.
