How to move cache location from disk C to other?

Thats it, its on C by default and its almost full(its small windows ssd), help.

Edit
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\production_Config.ini

Make a directory on driver whatever, X for example called PoE_Cache

Add this under [GENERAL]
cache_directory=X:\PoE_Cache\

If it's not going on an SSD you are going to be very, very sad.
