" I've also been getting Stockholm when logging into Moscow for a couple of days. Something seems to be changing with the Moscow gateway. The hosting providers GGG were using there have changed their routing or are not responding. Also, if I select Stockholm form the server list in PoE, It doesn't connect. I wouldn't be surprised if Moscow gets closed down sometime soon. It shouldn't be much of an issue for European Russians as the latency should only increase a little. It will be more impactful for Asian Russian if Tokyo and Singapore aren't usable. |

In any town, it connects to the Moscow server. In the hideout, it connects to Stockholm, and on the maps as well

" Since 12 Aug 2025 my hideout always loads on the Stockholm gateway, even though I manually select Moscow (RU) before logging in. I have: Confirmed that “Auto-select Gateway” is disabled. Logged in directly to Moscow gateway. Tried switching hideouts via Helena. Tried to re-create the hideout instance. None of these methods work — hideout always creates on Stockholm. This happens even when I start from a neutral town after login and go straight to my hideout without visitors. This issue affects gameplay because all maps opened from my hideout also use the wrong gateway, increasing latency. Questions: Is this intentional behaviour in the current patch or a bug? If it’s intentional, will there be an option to lock hideout to the selected gateway? |
