SA Servers become very unstable at around 8-9PM GMT-3

Everyday around 8-9PM GMT-3 the Sao Paulo servers get super unplayable, can anyone please look into it?

Testing today with a VPN to change my routing to the servers and I havent had any issues with ping, it seems the problem is related to that, idk what else I can do besides pay for a service like Exitlag but I dont have this kind of issue with any other games, is there anything that can be done on GGGs side?
