Huge Network Spikes - Washington, DC & Texas (East Coast US)
|
For the past few days I've experienced major network lag spikes making the game unplayable. I have been playing fairly consistently since league launch with no issues. I want to say it started near Gauntlet league launch (which I did not play) - but just chalked it up to busy launch rush. However this is still continuing. Here is my output using WinMTR. I get similar results using tracert as well. https://pastebin.com/vmS7dQGt ISP issue ? PoE server issue ? I launched up PoE 2 and I get similar results with that. I however don't have any other games installed to test out latency, but will look into that. Figured I would post, since a few folks have posted similar situations. Thanks for your attention to this important matter. Last bumped on Aug 29, 2025, 8:06:30 AM

If you're having issues with constant lag, spiky lag, or disconnections, please create a new thread and in your post there both explain the specific problem you're having, and include a link to a WinMTR log on Pastebin. GGG has a step-by-step guide for WinMTRs which you can find here.
It's not fair to the OP to show up a month later and seek to hijack their thread. This thread exists for them and people attempting to help them. It doesn't exist for you. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
