Settings keep auto resetting to default

Everytime i close the game, one or more of my settings will randomly revert back to default. Most of the time my Windowed Borderless will go back to Full screen, other times it'll turn off my loot filter/select default no filter. Other times it'll unbind all my key binds and turn all my game sounds back on. First, is this for poe 1 or poe 2?
Second, do you have OneDrive installed and is it syncing your Documents folder?
