Account doesn't sink

I'm playing on a PlayStation 5. I want to add loot filters. When I go to the website my account isn't even updated. It's stuck on like the first two hours that I played the game. I can't get my PlayStation 5 to resync. I can't download loot filters. And the website does not update.

I figured out what my problem was. I have an account for poe1 as well. Somehow I seem to have linked my Poe account to my PlayStation 5 instead of my poe2 account so obviously it's not updating because I'm not playing Poe 1. When you start your console before you enter the character selection there's a little tiny notification up in the top left corner for you to switch your accounts. Or you can sync the other one.
