Playing in a party crashed my game

I was playing with some friends and when we traveled to the next area we got stuck at the load screen. One of us would load in but the rest couldn't it would even say we're all still in a party. The load screen wouldn't be frozen cause we could hear the game and cycle through the hints. I've closed out my game many times and even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Days later I'm still stuck at the load screen. Signed a disgruntle Xbox gamer.
